It has been awhile since I came here, but when I last went, it was an amazing place to study. The place had street parking, WiFi, and an outlet, which were all very convenient factors! I ordered a butter croissant and an espresso with ice, which both gave me the energy to keep going. It was a nice spot where the service was awesome and other patrons were having a good time as well as they got their work done!

Atmosphere is awesome. Parking is easy. Took a while to take my order and the receipt printer was out of service. But service was friendly. Food is good. Just didn't give it a 5 star bc it wasn't anything that wow'd me.

This place brings me home. As a Moroccan, I absolutely appreciate the attention to detail in decor here. The mint tea gives the smell of my childhood while the customer service was attentive, kind and very welcoming. Thanks guys!

This is possibly the chilliest cafe in town. I came with a friend and we vibed on the patio for a good two hours. The beautiful weather and the quaint outdoor ambience had me a state of bliss I didn't want to come out of. The Moroccan coffee is a popular item on the menu, mildly sweet with spices, it's a must try. I ordered mine hot, but over ice seemed to be the winner for most people and definitely caught my eye as well. I'll try over ice next time. The cafe menu is simple but the food is delicious. I thought my friend was going to get one of the heartier sandwiches but we both got the vegetarian, served with hummus, avo, lots of arugula, and a special mayo on rustic bread, this is a perfect vegetarian sandwich. Hopefully, it's a permanent item. I wasn't planning to get wine, but the chilled Rosé sitting on the barista counter caught my eye and I couldn't say no. The patio is the perfect place to "wine" down or have a mimosa. I seriously can't remember the last time I've been to a cafe that has the authentic, relaxed feel of Los Angeles that us Angelenos live for but this is the place to be when you don't want to Be LA.

Ok so this place is a tough one... First the coffee...they have the expensive espresso machine here but their MILK options are shit as are their flavor options. When I asked, "Minimalist " was the reason the barista gave me (as I internally rolled my eyes) because this wasn't an accident. This was a choice by management, a disappointing one at that. The food was minimalist as well. I ordered the yogurt and granola. I dint mind paying $21 or whatever but It was a TON of yogurt, maybe 7 blueberries, about a 1/2 teaspoon of granola and a tiny dollup of honey. They forgot to add the dates so we had to request them (and an extra dollup of honey) even tho the dish is supposed to come with Dates and I think we got one date cut up. Gosh inflation is a bitch these days when you have to ask for the ingredients listed on the menu. We sat outside which was in the shade in the morning and that was a nice vibe. A lot of people around and it was lively, which I think is what you are looking for and why you're willing to overpay. All in all, if you're looking for a great experience, be ready to overpay, and not just a little, an insulting amount.

Their merguez sausage sandwich was delicious, I noticed a lot of people ordered their BLT which also looked good! I enjoyed the Moroccan iced coffee but I think I'll try it hot next time. Lovely ambiance and friendly staff. Theres plenty of well lit seating downstairs and a quieter upstairs area as well. Theres self service water by the bar. I couldn't find too many outlets though if you were looking to stay a while to get some work done.

Parking: Tis the usual in this area, it is a bit tough to park, but Monday-Friday Yu can find 2 hr parking until 6 PM on the residential street. Service and Aesthetic: Servers are very welcoming as soon as you walk in. Ambiance is awesome, warm and relaxing. I've been here before when it was just a coffee shop and it was more industrial. Came in for coffee, stayed for lunch. Moroccan coffee: this was very delightful as soon as I took my first sip. Not too strong and very tasty. The spices are not too overpowering. Comes with a little sugar cube, but I did not need to make it sweet. La Formule Sandwich - Egg: this dish came with an arugula side salad. Not a huge fan of arugula in general, but this wasn't too bad. It tasted fresh with a little oil and salt. The salt, I feel, come back the bitterness. Just ate the sandwich and now I know where all the salt came from! All the flavors in this sandwich were delicious! The harissa and cheese are so good. Only issue was it was way too salty! I thought it would get better as I got further into the sandwich, but it didn't. Unfortunately I need to take it down a star for that... But I would be down to come back and try it again.

Cafe Caravan (est 2023) is a brand new midsize corner Moroccan cafe on Sunset boulevard in East Hollywood. This cafe used to be Vita cafe (closed due to high rent and pandemic). It's interior decor is infused with Moroccan culture; atmosphere is relaxing. Furthermore, they have a front outdoor seats with view of Sunset blvd. Menu has limited coffee, petit déjuner, lunch, sandwiches and soup. I came here Friday morning and was perfunctorily greeted by a male barista. I ordered a Cold Brew (12oz) + half/half milk and sweetener. It was smooth, mildly strong, light in taste and refreshing. Staff were cordial and professional. Prices were competitive. Service was fast and on point. Plenty of street parking. Free wifi. Overall, I had a good experience and modest cold brew drink. Will try other stuff next time.
